HBAR Selloff Marks Volatile Session as U.S. Policy Shift Looms
Hedera’s HBAR endured a volatile session, dropping 5% from $0.24 to $0.23 under heavy selling pressure. The heaviest flows occurred in the morning, with 277 million tokens traded as the price broke $0.235 support and slid toward $0.226. Afternoon trade saw further downside to $0.2245 before a modest recovery.
The decline coincided with a new CFTC advisory granting U.S. traders access to offshore crypto venues, a policy shift that could eventually broaden liquidity for digital assets. For now, however, HBAR remains capped below $0.235, leaving traders cautious as the token consolidates near $0.23.
