Binance Pool Closure Prompts Miners to Switch Mining Endpoints

Binance will terminate Binance Pool and its associated mining services at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026. After the shutdown takes effect, all mining connections will be disabled, and newly submitted mining shares will no longer be accepted. Bitcoin miners using the platform must redirect their equipment to another mining pool before the deadline to maintain uninterrupted operations.

According to Binance, the decision follows its regular evaluation of products and services. The closure marks the end of a mining operation that has been active for more than six years. However, the exchange has not provided a detailed explanation for the move.

At the scheduled cutoff, Binance will deactivate its Mining Pool Stratum URLs and other mining endpoints. Any hashrate submissions or mining shares received after 07:00 UTC on November 10 will be rejected and will not be processed or credited to users.

The discontinuation also covers several additional products and features. Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and Transaction Accelerator will be discontinued, alongside mining pool APIs, Telegram hashrate alerts, and email notifications. These services will stop generating new rewards, yields, and other benefits once the shutdown takes effect.

Miners will not be required to retire their hardware as a result of the announcement. Instead, they must update their equipment’s connection settings and migrate to another mining pool. Binance has not identified an alternative provider or disclosed the pool’s current hashrate, the number of users affected, or the amount of computing power likely to move elsewhere.

Final Rewards and Account Settlements Will Follow Binance’s Rules

Binance Pool will include eligible mining shares submitted before 07:00 UTC on November 10 in its final reward calculations, in accordance with the platform’s applicable rules. Shares submitted before the deadline will therefore remain subject to the existing reward calculation process.

The exchange added that eligible outstanding rewards, balances, refunds, and settlements may be handled after the service ends. However, processing will depend on product terms, account status, risk controls, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. Binance has not announced a fixed payment date or guaranteed that every outstanding balance will be distributed.

On November 10, Binance will also remove links to Binance Pool from its homepage. Users holding active Pool Savings positions are encouraged to unsubscribe or redeem their positions before the service closes. They should also check their account details to ensure they can receive any eligible remaining funds.

Miners must disconnect from Binance Pool and configure their equipment to use another provider before the 07:00 UTC deadline. Devices that remain connected to Binance’s deactivated endpoints will no longer be able to submit mining work through the platform after that time.

Separately, Binance has asked users to complete any outstanding identity verification or account requirements by 23:59 UTC on November 10. Completing these steps may help facilitate the processing of eligible rewards, refunds, and settlements. This administrative deadline does not extend mining access beyond the earlier 07:00 UTC shutdown.

Binance Pool’s webpages will remain accessible for 14 days following the closure, until 07:00 UTC on November 24, 2026. During this period, users may still be able to review historical data, account records, and payout information where available.
