BTC ETFs Face Pressure Amid $972M Outflows
Bitcoin (BTC $109,692) ETFs may need nearly $1 billion in inflows to avoid their second-biggest outflow on record. August has seen $972 million exit U.S.-listed spot BTC ETFs, following February’s $3.56 billion outflow.
Analysts say weak ETF flows have contributed to BTC’s retrace from $124,000 to just above $100,000 this month. Achieving year-end targets above $150,000 would require large capital inflows, according to 10x Research. Ether ETFs, by contrast, have posted $3.23 billion in net inflows this month.
