Semler Scientific (NASDAQ: SMLR) has expanded its Bitcoin holdings to 3,303 BTC, according to a press release issued by the company.
The medical device manufacturer acquired an additional 111 bitcoin at an average price of $90,124 per coin. The purchases were funded through proceeds from an at-the-market offering as well as existing cash reserves.
In total, Semler has spent approximately $290.4 million on its Bitcoin holdings.
The company also reported that its year-to-date bitcoin yield — which measures the percentage change in the ratio of Bitcoin holdings to fully diluted shares outstanding — now stands at 23.5%, a notable decrease from 152.2% recorded in February.
Meanwhile, Semler Scientific’s stock has fallen 36.92% since the start of 2025.
